Hinterland Borealis

First days of spring in a glass. Copper and quite clear, with a nose of lemon, unripe strawberries, and some light floral element. The palate is light and fresh with great mouthfeel from fine longlasting bubbles. It’s strawberries and cream in a glass, with a good lemon-like acidity to back it up, and a chalky hint as well. A bit restrained, but overall nice, a great value, can’t complain.
