Looking really comfortable at the moment. Balanced, mediumed bodied red berries, hint of stink late.

Shiraz is co-fermented with Roussanne (8%). There’s quite a bit happening on the nose…tar, fresh berries, stone fruit and licorice. It has a nice balance between sweet and savoury and silky tannins carry the finish.

Dominated by dark red cherries, blackberries, cassis and spices. Good concentration with earthy notes and a simple finish. Blend of 92% Shiraz with 8% Roussanne matured in french oak for 14 months.
