Cantina di Soave Ripasso della Valpolicella Botticato

Very easy drinking, very ripe fruit, very jammy, almost pomegrenate/grenadine like. Just enough acidity and freshness to make for a simple drinkable (aperitive) wine, but not my style and not what I expect from a Ripasso. I doubt some aging is gonna help but I will try it anyway.
