2:00 hour open then decant. Tannins were still a bit harsh but quickly softened up. Good fruit, some earthiness. Can drink or hold for a few more years.

Deep purplish ruby red in appearance. A bit more feminine on the nose and palate than the other three Cabernet Sauvignons we tried today at Boich with Bryant. Dark yet floral nose starting off with some dark raspberries, cassis and lavender. Strong acidity from the get go with medium plus tannins (7.5/10) with a full body. Perfumed with a bit of black cherries in the mid palate as well some gravel in the finish. Drink till 2035.
