Purple hue, Stewed plums, raspberry, mint on the nose. Fantastic blend of berrys, with a hint of spice on the palate, coffee, cigar box and vanilla, simple but refined, great balance very easy to drink, medium length. Will age well but drinking really well now, particularly compared to some of the other HB '13 that need some cellar time

Very alcoholic on the nose upon initial opening. After an hour it opened up with a very intense nose and mouth. Definitely too early. but the makings of a very decent wine.
