Oyster shell and chalk and green apple and seawater. Lemon. Lees aging? Great minerality with plenty of acid supporting the fruit. Moderately long finish. An old school no oak wine with limited malo. This is my kind of Chablis and the vintage gives it that extra stuffing without weighing it down.

Grassy, herbal nose. The thing that hits you on the palate is that lovely oily texture, but there is intense grapefruit and pepper spice too. Then there’s a savoury, squeaky mushroom thing on the finish. Really lovely wine.

Nose has hints of apple, big mineral note, seawater, hints of lemon. Palate very well balance, intense acidity with very long mineral finish. Lemon, apple, and some almond hints. This is a textbook, beautiful Chablis, that paired beautifully with scallops, morels, and asparagus in a cream sauce. If there was oak, I don't notice it; maybe some ML, but not full. Wow.

Very light color, gentle lemon citrus character that is very enticing. It is a light supple wine that is fleshing out. This wine needs more time in the bottle adding 3-4 years to my aging window and I will not tap into it for a year at least. (Please note: don't serve too chilled or it almost becomes lemon water, far better at just below room temp)

Lots of citrus (lemon, lime). Very clean, pure, refreshing high acid. Long finish. Excellent with seafood at The Fat Duck.

Fine Wines of Stockton Weekly Tasting : Speaks of Chablis. A complex nose of yeast, Meyer lemons and green apples, it has good acid structure, weight and structure without the impression of tannin, and a long finish. The flavors linger quite pleasantly for minutes as notes of sweet lemon. A charming wine. Serve it only slightly chilled.

Prince - muscadet and chablis with oysters (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : floral with a touch of old barrel, peachy stone fruit with spice and slight butter. In the mouth the wine is tangy and juicy, textured with touches of yoghurt and slight talc textured tannic grip. Rather nice.
