Wine lunch with friends : I had the opportunity to taste this champagne twice, the first bottle was opened on christmas eve of 2023 and was completely oxidized which is weird seeing as this champagne was relatively young. Indeed, I am only commenting the second tasting, drunk with friends before a lunch. A nice champagne, I believe its a blanc de blancs, some yeasty flavours, but not a lot of finesse nor complexity.
