Tasted as part of a group of wines, this one may have gotten a bit lost in the shuffle. Shows less weight than a previous bottle—I preferred the fruit texture of that one. The acidity felt a bit too prominent for my palate tonight.

Tasted after 1 hour of air. Zippy lime fruit. Excellent balance. Plenty of verve. Good hit of mineral. Love Saul's wines.

Tasted after 90 minutes of air. Really continue to be impressed by these wines. Saul treats this varietal as it should be and not some afterthought like so many other Oregon Pinot Blancs. Lively acidity that dances on the palate and urges and teases you to figure out what is going on here. A cerebral experience. Great depth of flavor here. Some stone fruits. It just keeps moving on from strength to strength.

Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Still tight and needs time. Some lime on the palate. Zippy acidity. Some real depth to this. Quite an interesting blend. Really expands on the mid palate and finish. Plenty of mineral and saline. Finishes clean. An excellent QPR.

Drank along side a white Northern Rhone (St. Peray) and showed off the differences between the varieties used in these two blends. Overall, a very nice wine with high-toned white fruits and a medium+ finish framed by lively acidity. Not as complex as the 2018 of this wine.

Citrus, a hint of stone fruit with some apple. Stealy refresh acid. Solid minerality. These are such refreshing wines made with Oregon grapes. Love the ribolla Gialla.
