Mongarda Col Fondo Frizzante

Really special drier than normal Prosecco. Fruity as one expects of Glera but this has a really pleasing depth stemming from the lack of filtration. . Certainly speaks of the winery's distinctive approach. Good finish, some elements of complexity. No need to age and I suggest should be drunk within one or two years max.
