Medium taste of ripe yellow apples, ripe lemon, whit epesch, charred wood, smoke and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Saint-Romain Blanc that is a bit shy. Drink in two to ten years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
