Annata 2012, deg. 2019. BdB da Avize: maturo e completo, raffinato e goloso. Con un decente invecchiamento mostra quel mix esemplare di complessità e immediatezza che ha reso lo Champagne mitico ed irresistibile per tutti i palati. Grande bottiglia.

precise but at the same time bold and with fine bubbles. Citric with green apple and dried fruits and a touch of maroons honey. Long and pleasant, delicious!

Although "extra brut" all the red apples make this champagne slightly sweet.

Wines At Our Table; Week of September 20, 2015; 9/7/2015-9/20/2015 : Pale yellow green color with abundant tiny bubbles and pretty white flower, green apple, brioche, citrus, chalk, and a hint of sweet spice aromas. On the palate, it's light-bodied and very dry with a delicate mousse, and a soft, fresh lemony with a bit of lime acidity that's intermingled with a bit a salinity and with golden apple, pear and lemon rind flavors. Long finish. Very good QPR for …

Opened by Mark. 12.5% alcohol. 2.5g/ltr of sugar. 100% fruit from the 2006 vintage. Only 2500 bottles made and only 10 cases imported into the US. Solid bead. Straw color. An extremely well balanced extra brut without any sharp edges or overtly salty or sour notes. Good acidity. Flavors of citrus, mineral, lime and a steely finish. This is the 3rd extra brut or no dosage wine I have had from Bonville (the 2007 and a NV Prestige being the …

We really enjoyed this one. Great mineral notes and something akin to a a dustiness on the nose. Very soft bubbles, but great acidity on the palate, with a long finish.
