Light yellow in color with light golden hue. Nose of citrus, yeast, brioche, spices and apples. Full-bodied with medium plus acidity. Dry on the palate with lemons, green apples, light grapefruits, herbs, brioche, spices and light minerals. Spicy finish with spices and herbs. This is a very tasty Sparkling wine from England. Engaging and interesting. This 7 year old is showing nice complexity at this point, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years. Good by itself …
