The density of color has decreased & the rim variation is greater, showing more orange/brown colors in the glass. Red & black cherry, dark currant, & plum on the nose, following 30 min. decant. Flavors carry through adding mid-palate notes of leather, cedar, vanilla, clove - with a subtle creaminess to it. The tannin's have softened at this point, coupled with medium acidity, still a decent finish. Probably need to drink up.

Look is aged garnet with medium intensity. Aromas of ripe cherries, cranberry, roses, anise and cherry cola. On the palate dry, medium acid, ripe tannin and a smoky finish sticks around.

Exquisite expression, structure, harmony, and …

Wonderful nose to start spice and fruit in the middle and a medium length peppery finish. Decant for an hour.
