Displays a vibrant, pale gold color. Very fresh aromatic and flavor profile shows salty, lemon gumdrop, tart grapefruit, crunchy yellow melons, fresh herbs, baking spices, and steak of saline on the finish. Fresh, yet creamy mouthfeel. Very judicious use of oak ensures balance. Worked perfectly with the gold cheddar cheese and Triscuits.

Better on second day (just put the screwcap back on) revealing a bit more complexity, improved texture, and perhaps a kiss of sweetness on the finish?

Golden coloured. Nose is grassy with grapefruit. Medium bodied, with up front creaminess, with acidity kicking in through the middle and finish, a little tannin. Palate has grapefruit, some faint white stone fruits, and is a little saline.
