Does anyone else have the same experience with Bio wines, that they are way more unpredictable? The last bottle I opened was okay, but not what I expected from a Saperavi. Way too fruity and sweet (liquid marmalade), without the backbone of solid tannins and acidity. In the end, I drank it slightly chilled.
