Grapey and sappy, with almost candied cherry fruit, this is a young wine made to be consumed young.

Still "okay", but nothing to write home about. The open bottle lasts about 1 day before going really bad due to oxidation, and wine in the glass lasts maybe an hour at most before oxidation hits it.

Deeper and more serious than the Cawarra 2002, warmer and with some oak, good fruit, bay leaf, slightly edgy perhaps.
