Lots of fruit, berries, plums and some cherries. Mode, complex, long finish. Drinking well right now and an excellent compliment to roast chicken.

Dark ruby. Predominantly ripe blueberry, black plum, tart red cherry, fresh-cut cedar, and mild baking spice. Medium acid. Medium-plus tannins. Medium glassy texture. Medium-plus body. Intending to capture the impression, not be unkind: It’s somehow “hollow”, missing texture and richness—like doctored water more than wine.

I'm still undecided on this one. Blue and black fruit, but very ripe. Slight bitterness keeps things from being too cooked. Tried it over two days. Feels like it's missing something. Will try again in a few years

I disagree with the previous rating of 75. No, it’s not the best Aussie wine I have ever had. I used an aerator which opened it up and it was a decent compliment to my pasta with red sauce. It’s still young snd will improve with time.

Most box wine is better. Thin and hot, chemical/cleaner smells, no mid, short finish. Dumped down the drain.

Dark purple/black colour. Nose is a little muted, plum/Jube and a bit of vanilla and tobacco. Follows through on the palette. Some youthful sharp/edgyness in the mouth but on the whole the texture and tannins are a feature and really punch above the price point. Plum and dark fruits are the dominant flavour with a hint of green bay/herbal freshness, some vanilla/spice notes. Nicely balanced with great length, mouth filling richness and drying tannin.
