Very good actually. Cool, upright, pretty red-fruited palate. Relaxed with notes of white pepper and garrigue, good structure and balance. Positive surprise. With duck at Ejsings.

Last tasted (and reviewed on here) 18 months ago, it is still drinking OK. Quite delicate but reasonable flavour. Still couple of bottles to finish.

I completely agree with swyang's tasting note from more than a year ago. This is a very, very fine wine that is drinking spectacularly right now. So much finesse at this point. Wish I had (much) more of it...

how different from the last bottle! this one was much fuller, and beautiful leather, dark fruits, wild mushroom, and violets went so perfectly with wild chanterelle(a wild mushroom) pie. A great showing.

This strikes me as a rather polished Chateauneuf du Pape much in the mold of recent vintages of Beaucastel. The fruit is vibrant and energetic, this is still a youngster. Red cherry fruit, white pepper and spices. A bit one-dimensional today, lacks complexity. Maybe it will come with further aging? Let's wait and see.

very good. a lot more refined than a lot of CdP, but in many ways I prefer this way. not so dark nor heavy, still plenty of aromas of sweet berries, lavander.

Booze sales tasting. Dark inky colour. Nose was rather sweet, but seemed a little closed, with some plummy fruit and a hint of bramble showing. More plums and herbs on the palate - very rich and ripe. Simple, but well built, with sufficient acid and fine tannins.

Decanted. Dark plum in colour showing only a little brick at the rim, nose initally a little muted, sweet and quite ripe on the palate, medium strong acidity and dry tannins, this is nowhere near peak. Plum, blackberry fruit, some licourice and herby notes on the finish. Pretty good.
