Like a non mineral non barnyard NZ pinot. Elegant fruit balanced acidity and soft tannins

Pale salmon color with aromas of wild berries and blood orange with hints of stone fruit and rose petals. Palate suggests orange marmalade complimented by vibrant acidity and saline streaked minerality with only 12.5% alcohol. Made from 100% Pinot Noir gently pressed whole cluster then fermented with native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation was blocked before completion to maintain acidity. $35.

Well balanced, medium body, dry, nice acidity and minerality on the finish. Paired great on a hot night with grilled salmon, corn on the cob and asparagus salad.

A somewhat nutty and citrusy nose. On the palate, juicy raspberries, strawberry, tangerines, fuyu persimmon, copper pennies, and orange zest. The finish is bright, racy, salty and slightly creamy

I don't drink tons of Rose but I was taken aback at how good this was. The nose was so expressive, articulating raspberries, mandarin orange, stone fruit, and orange peel. The palate was clean, taut, and extremely vivid. Smooth, glyceriny, and fresh, it was like biting into a crisp, juicy nectarine. Long, racy finish. Rose done right.

From magnum; fresh nose, a bit funky but enough richness, nice saline finish; solid.
