White peach, honeycrisp apple, soy candle wax, sea shell minerality, just a tiny touch of allspice. Nose is pretty subdued. Palate feels dense, high viscosity. Reasonably well balanced. The tiniest bit of quinine like bitterness. Pleasant, but underwhelming in my humble opinion.

A lot of citrus on the nose, the mouth is full of fruit and sharp. It 's a good and simple wine, he "did the job" but the final was short

A bit young. Will drink the second bottle in a few years.

Pale yellow/green. This is quite tart and one dimensional at first. With more air the nose reveals a little more, but very much in the citrus line of fruit. The palate is sharp and finishes a bit simple. Probably better with the right food match and maybe it needs a bit more time to come together, but this isn’t doing a lot for me.

Coravin sample. Pear, lemon zest aromas. Good mouthfeel, nice fruit, acidity enough to balance. A bitter kick on the mid palate but a nicely balanced finish. A good wine that has a very decent price point for the quality level. Solid and reliable sort of. However, with the risk of sounding patronizing, it's not interesting enough to wanting me to buy more.

Drunk at Olivetto Restaurant during the Nutcracker season (along with a Giacosa Arneis) - really refined wine, with pin-point definition, ample meal complexity, fresh acids, good fruit-oak balance. Lovely, modulated finish. This bats way above its weight.
