Chevalier de la Gardie Minervois Blanc

Served @ 9c/48f with Salmon filet. Golden straw yellow in the glass, nose of stonefruit with floral notes. Crisp, but not overly acidic or minerally, feels full and well rounded in the mouth with a mellow taste that grows on you. Short to Medium pleasant finish. A good accompaniment to seafood, or just on its own for casual sipping. In a taste comparison with a previously opened 2016 La Graviere Bordeaux Blanc, surprisingly spouse preferred the Marsanne. Will buy again.
