Amayna (Viña Garces Silva) Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant light gold color, nose of citrus and melon, with a slight bit of butter. Wow, excellent taste, somewhat medium body, rich in a sense,little more fruit than the normal grassy SB. Enough acid for some serious mouth watering, yet pretty well balanced. Wish I still had a couple more of these!

Even more complex than the no oak one but the exposure to oak is a little excessive, at first it is very complex, great body and structure but after a short while you start to wish there was a little less oak.

Excelent wine. Very complex on the nose, great acidity and fruit, perfect balance.Exciting.
