Bury Court Opera - (music by) Zelenka "The Bohemian Bach". THE pre-concert/interval white. The 5% Viognier in this otherwise Chenin wine gives this a real floral lift and freshness. Apple; peach nuances, juicy but dry. A really good wine for sipping on its own - even better I imagine in on a warm summer evening. For drinking young.
