Finally wound up cracking this in August of 2022. It's definitely showing some aromatic signs of oxidation. The color is still pretty light straw but starting to bring on a golden hue. Brioche, butterscotch, and a little bit of tarragon or lemongrass on the nose. Really really pleasing mouthfeel. It's really round and soft without coming across as creamy or buttery.
