100% Pinot Noir from a section of the lieu-dit Aux Communes near the 1er Cru Clos des Reas with limestone, clay and sand soils and vines of age ~50 yrs. Manual harvest. De-stemmed. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled cement tanks. Aged in French oak barrel (~15-20% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered, according to the lunar cycle. 14% Abv.
