This was opened at a restaurant 3 days ago and about a little less than a glass was left in the bottle which I am having now. This is really good. I think this strikes a great balance between what is considered typical California style chards (vanilla, butterscotch, big, creamy) and what I like about some Willamette Valley chards (mineral, citrus, higher acidity). Complex, well balanced, long finish, really nice. Will last for 5 years at least, I think.
