Coeur d'Alene Cellars BDX McKinley Springs Vineyard

Bottled July 2007, released just over a month ago. Wonderful bouquet of strawberries with hints of grass was just the hint of things to come. People accustomed to CdA Cellars' often muscular reds will be suprised by the already well-rounded, nicely balanced qualities of this blend. Smooth entry is followed by good texture & tannic presence in the middle. Hints of tobacco can be detected in a reasonably good finish.
