A private lunch (Restaurant Cantine de Caron, Amsterdam, NL) : Organic viticulture. Tirage de printemps, bottled unfiltered on 19 May 2022, with low or no sulfur. Truly a “vin vivant”, bright and fresh, silky and elegant, pure and relaxed but energetic, hint of carbon dioxide, flowers and spices, fruits ranging from peach to raspberry and red cherry, dry but supple, very good resonance and length. Lovely wine.
