Slightly cooked red and darker fruit, currants, plum, mocha, earth and some well-integrated oak on the fragrant nose. The medium-bodied palate brings in low acidity and faint tannins. Medium finish which however keeps on lingering. This is a fairly schizophrenic wine, having a really high-quality classic Right-Bank style nose, but the structure is not really there. Fully mature now. I predict this will go downhill now, so drink up.

Fully mature. Very nice nose, but very soft/flabby in the mouth -- not enough tannin/acid to give it backbone. Drink up

stunning purple color, overwhelming set of aromas (blackcurrant, ripe plums), on the palate: pure genuine power ring-fenced by an underlying soft-/sweetness. persistent finish.
