60% Minnella, and five other grapes making up the balance. Smoky, appley nose, and a bit cidery on the palate, but alluringly so. Chewy from the skin contact. Balanced, salty finish - really mouthwatering even though acidity is relatively low. Don't serve this too cool - let its character shine!
