Domaine de Gouye, tasted during service (Oinoscent) : The wine shows more density and depth than plain VV 2021 tasted before, ripe red and black cherry core, floral notes, nice spice frame. Palate with much tighter profile, tannins are edgy, elevated acidity, dark fruit, med body, inky, cherry, berry, med finish with a few herbal/licorice notes. I don’t know whether it will calm down

Light-medium bodied 100% Syrah. Very nice out of the gate. Notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Was great on a warm summer evening and paired nicely with a cheese board of brie, gouda and prosciutto di parma. Drink now.
