Decanted for 1h. Aromas of flint, herbs, tart apples and unripe pears. Palate w chalky minerals, a nice herbal streak, unripe pears, and a hint of anise. Good but not great acids, medium bodied, and a hint of waxiness. Nice bitter pith on finish. Likes this but had others from Germany that were more electric.

Color is clear, medium gold. Nose is lemon, lime, white peach and slight white flower (m+ intense). Palate is m+ body, with more stone fruit than suggested on the nose with m+ intensity. Acid is also m+ where h was expected, character is also more round than citric nose would suggest. Length is m.
