Roar Viognier Sierra Mar Vineyard

These folks do a great job with Rhone varietals, as well as their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which are the stars. Don't sell this white short! The stone fruit with floral and pineapple hints were amazing. It was smooth and elegant, but put together well and mouth-filling. Great summer quaffer, but take in small sips because once gone, you'll miss it!

Aromatic with stone fruit, overripe apricot and lychee. Soft mouthfeel with limited acidity. Easy too drink. The nose is inviting. Somewhat simple but certainly an enjoyable Indian Summer day sipper.
