Holy heat! 15.2% on the label This wine is coming in hot. The alcohol makes it a bit off balance, but still drinkable. Quite a bit of oak. Lots of cream and marshmallow, butter, vanilla but the alcohol make the wine very obtuse with bitterness. Strange mix. Way over done. The bitter aspect is not good. I have to be honest it should be a $20-$30. Not even close to some of the other Martinelli I have had.

Throwing lots of tartrates. Clearly unfiltered. Nose of butter and pineapple, honeysuckle. Creamy and lush, with a long finish. Pretty good. 4-11-16-8: 89/100.

Clear, precise Chardonnay...this wine knows what it is and demonstrates it. In other words, when you think of chardonnay....this is the wine you imagine. A straw color; vanilla, floral flavors with floral and honeysuckle aromas. Medium lasting finish with smooth texture. OK, is that what you omagined?

Pale gold. This is quite expressive. Clove, pineapple, butter, And perhaps the slightest hint of botrytis. This is utterly delicious and no great reason to hold out. Beautiful if you like the style.
