Traditional Method Sparkling Wine Blind Tasting; 8/14/2025-8/15/2025 (K&L Culver City) : Very muted nose. Surprising tajin on the palate. Apple and lime. Med- finish. 7/18. This was not speaking to me at all and having tasted it blind, I did not even submit a guess on what this could be.

Tasted blind. Toffee, bitter honey, orange juice, stone and powdery candy on the nose. A little reductive too. Medium + intensity of flavors. The palate shows flavors of ripe melon, ripe apricot, orange juice and lemon juice with a hint of nutty oxidation, which is most prominent toward the end of the palate and drive the finish.
