Fanagoria A Hundred Shades of Chardonnay

Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards with calcerous black soil at a unique location; the Taman Peninsula between the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov overlooking the Taman Gulf. Fermented and aged in new French oak for at least a year and another six months in bottle before release. Features a creamy texture easily poised by vibrant acidity, steely minerality and youthful citrus fruit framed by vanilla notes. Long and persistent with an elegant finish.
