Same notes as earlier. Wonderful sparkling wine and drinking beautifully now. Not much more to say. I wish all my champagnes could be this nice.

Drank after the 98 and this was drinking beautifully. Bright, nice acidity, nice brioche notes. Notes of citrus. Nice fine bubbles. Very nice wine.

2000 Summerhill Pyramid Winery Cipes Ariel Premier Cuvée VQA Okanagan Valley, disgorged 2019 60% Organic Pinot Noir, 38% Organic Chardonnay, 2% Organic Pinot Meunier Colour : Darkish golden colour with some vague browning. Small bubbles but the mousse dissipates rather quickly. Aromas : It opens with a creamy lemon custard smell, toasty brioche. Light gold in color. Notes of brioche, apple, and citrus. Dry, med body, great acidity, fine bubbles and nice mousse. Great sparkling wine. At 20 years it is still young and has several more years on it. Up there with any champagne at this price point.
