Back in form. Everything one might want in a Vin Santo. Rich deep flavors of dates, prunes, pecans, walnuts, sage, a touch of brown sugar, resin, with a fine acidity providing an excellent balance. Great stuff!

This is the Gran Selezione. Deep garnet color. Full body. Muted nose of dark fruit. Flavors of cassis, cranberry, tobacco, and a slight smokiness. A very traditional Chianti. Mid-level tannins provide good structure for further aging, but mild enough for immediate drinking with a 1 hour decant. Lovely wine.

Wow!! This is a rich and wonderful Vin Santo. Dark mahogany color. Sweet, but not cloying at all. Great acidity and balance. No alcoholic heat. Bursting with caramel, butterscotch, prunes, raisins, and vanilla. A complete desert. Lovely stuff!
