Light fruit smell, not heavy or overwhelming. Light sparkling when tasted. Pairs with compté.

Nose of red fruits - light and medium - and spices with some ashtray notes and mineral stone dust. The palate is a core of juicy light red fruits with a darker bitter roasted almond skinned finish. Excellent balance and integration.

An interesting Gamay-Pinot Noir blend from Auvergne. Light ruby in the glass. Bright aromas of sour cherry, raspberry, blackberry and just a brush of VA that doesn't bother me too much. A bit young at this stage, with the acidity blasting out of its core, so I'd leave this to settle for a at least a year before drinking it.
