Tasted at the winery whilst on tour with Tim Syrad Wine Tours. Light cherry colour. Ripe fruit, mostly cherries. Generally a very light style of pinot. No oak.

Elegante pinot noir uit Gualtallary. Begon wat verlegen, maar nadat de fles paar uur open was een neus vol met wilde kruiden en bloemen. Interessante mix van aards, krijtachtig, blauw fruit en mineralen. Helaas na dag 2 helemaal plat, dus niet lang wachten met de tweede fles die ik nog heb liggen.

Very, very good. Austere and direct, with the powdery-chalkiness of Gualta. Mid weight on the palate. Clean fruit profile of small, tart berries complicated by notes of potpourri. Long, mineral finish. The fruit seems to be on its way out -- I wouldn't wait much longer to drink this.

Megamoon Part V: Mendoza (Argentina); 11/1/2015-11/3/2015 (Park Hyatt Mendoza, Lujan de Cayo, Uco Valley) : Cherry on the nose and immediately on the palette. This is one of those very delicate cooler weather Pinots. Nice minerals and slate and fresh and soft. I have 'wonderful' as the key descriptor in my notes. Suspect would pair very well with food.
