John Gehrig Pinot Noir Brut

Very good. I like the pinot 100% style. 7+ years in on lees in bottle before disgorgement. Very developed too. Good bubbles but they flatten out relatively quickly. Colour: darkish lemon, pink tinged Bouquet: quite rich, very developed tropical fruit, yeasty lemon, grapefruit Palate: as bouquet, developed and full bodied, biscuity and toasty, nutty and even a bit meaty, very yeasty, slight strawberry character but ultra dry.
