Fondo San Giuseppe (Brisighella (RA)) : Old golden yellow. Consistent. Intense and complex at nose; fine. Ripe fruit, hazelnuts, chestnut honey. Mineral (hydrocarbons) hints. Dry and rounded at taste; Good acidity and always very high minerality. Some agrumes, bergamot notes. Medium persistence, with a dominant minerality.
