CBCC spring wine tasting (part 3) The wine has a cloudy yellow color but one that has savory aromatics of lemon rind and citrus. In mouth the wine is viscous and rich. The mouthfeel borders on heavy. Tremendous salinity on the finish respresnts well for the region.
