The missus thought very good. I would have given it a 91. Still quite drinkable

May be a little past its prime, but still decent. Not a fruit bomb, not an old world wine - a little of both.

Smells of blackberry, black, current, dark, plum, and tastes similar. Still very lively with right amount of acidity to keep it well balanced. The tannins have fully integrated and the finish goes on and on there’s a slight sweetness as well as the lasting spicy note in the finish. Raring a point higher than my initial taste in 2019.

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2006 Juliet pours a deep garnet/purple with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is vinous with notes of ripe and desiccated dark fruits: cassis, blackberries, plums, tobacco, leather, mixed dead flowers, old wood, organic earth and fine warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin (integrated) and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the …

Almost drinking like a dessert wine. Black cherry, chocolate lava cake and integrated oak. Rich and intense with enough acidity to keep it lively.

Overall prefer full-bodied wines with decent fruit. That being said, this borders on being overextracted with a bit of glycerin. Day two brings an arid dusty nose with more old world fruit. Didn't think a 15 yo wine could be that fruity.

Pnp. Very floral nose. Delicious straight from the bottle. Black fruits, cassis, blackberries, plum, vanilla and tobacco. Full bodied with complexity and depth. Smooth, slightly sweet and perfectly balanced with integrated tannins and a long finish. Great fruit from Atlas Peak. One of the best Juliets I've tasted.

Really liking this wine- right up the alley!! Strong tannins, good blue fruit, alcohol very integrated. Great floral, bright nose. May last even longer! Glad I have a few more bottles left.

Delightful wine tasted along side a 2005 Meander and a 2007 Long Meadow Ranch. Still bright with berry, nicely structured with still present tannins.

within its price point, this may be my favorite 2014 Napa cab at the moment. Medium body with a great finish, it has a deep, dark purple color, ripe dark fruits with cassis, vanilla and subtle spice and herbs, some minerality on the back end. Very elegant feminine style of cabernet, and a beautiful wine for near term consumption - great job Ed!

Coravin pour... a little tight at first sip but opened up by 20 minutes. Dark, deep, brooding. Tannins have integrated. Nice, lengthy finish. Glad to have a few more bottles.

A beautiful chestnut color. The nose of a 19th century tack shop, leather and sandalwood. Complex flavors of blackberry, tarragon, and Smoked almonds. This wine has matured nicely and is ready for a glass. “But soft, what light through yonder window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun!”

Drank my last of a case that I purchased on release, consumed over the past 5 years. Opened for 30 minutes did not decant. drank at 60-65 degrees. Excellent balance, soft red and dark fruits, true to it's style (I believe Kirk Venge was the wine maker for this vintage). What it lacked in complexity it made up for in overall ease on the palate and drinkability. Paired with grilled dry-aged bone-in rib steak, which was a great match. Maybe …

Wow. Really drinking nicely with a one hour decant - dark blue/purple in the glass. Nose is redolent of pencil shavings, blueberry and oak tinged vanilla. The wine is rich with plenty of density and a full bodied frame. A long mouthwatering finish with dark fruit and enough tannins to suggest it will age well for 10+ years but drinking great now.

Purchased from winery, upon release, shipped back east, stored at 59 degrees. This may have been my favorite purchase last year, based on how well it drinks at such a young age. Full bodied, deep extract, lingers on the palate. Classic Kirk Venge Cabernet. Crowd pleaser, great food wine. That said, the price hike of the 2015 to north of $90, is a deal breaker for me. Better options in this price range, IMO.

Outstanding wine that came out of the bottle ready to drink without any decanting. Full body but soft and the tannins have intergrated. The 2014 is ready to go so start drinking! Ed Snider you are the man! Your passion made this wine very special!

Opened at a party where we did a vertical '04-'10 all Juliette's were lovely however the '09&'10 were drinking beautifully. Hard to pick favorites but '05, '07, '09 & '10 stood out to me. Several guests picked '04 as their favorite and that was a close 2nd to the '05 in my mind. Consensus was the '06 was our least favorite but all lovely, age worthy wines. What a pleasure to share! Can't put a numerical rating because these are …

Lovely wine - was my least favorite (tied with '08) in our '04-'10 vertical tasting of beau Vigne Juliet. On its own a fabulous wine but in comparison to the others, not my favorite vintage - had a bit more hard edges than other vintages however these are all 90+ point wines so kind of like saying you prefer Bentley to Rolls Royce.

Recommend drinking this one now. Good dark garnet, blood ruby in color, little light passing through. Nose offers Cherry, dark chocolate, some walnut and burnt sugar. This is a very mouth pleasing bottle, with alot of Sweet and sour, black Cherry notes, with some caramel action on the mid-palate. There are some mild secondary notes of tobacco, but very mild. This is a crowd pleaser, but not very dynamic. After day one, and vino-corked, it got flabby. I'd recommend drining …

Left to breathe in the bottle for 2 hours. Medium plus body with lots of black raspberry and ripe currant on the initial attack. Very smooth and elegant with nice balance. Some notes of tobacco and leather. Good persistence through the mid palate leading to a fairly long finish with sweet, slightly crunchy tannins. This has improved significantly since i last tried it and seems to be coming into its' own just now. Extremely good cabernet.

Popped and poured. Just took about 1/2 hour to open up. Similar to previous TN but tannins have mellowed noticeably. Nice red and black fruit profile with noes of anise. Smooth and well balanced. Some notes of dark chocolate but doesn't really seem to be developing much in the way of secondary characteristics as i had hoped but still a very solid, well made wine. Medium plus finish with soft tannins.

Decanted 2 hours and rebottled. Black fruit and lots of mint on the nose. Medium plus body with blackcurrent and cassis fruit profile along with strong notes of mint and tobacco. More subtle notes of anise and leather. 25 second finish with moderate tannins. A little different than previous vintages of this wine but very interesting. Quite primary but approachable with a decent amount of air time. Very good now but should get better over the next year or so. …

- It's balanced with a full body. Fleshy texture with a long finish - Better than I expected. Rich, black fruit are appropriately balanced by moderate oak and tannins. Long finish. Much better when served at cellar temperature to tame the still forward fruit.
