Zerba Cellars Sémillon Walla Walla Valley

Let me preface this with saying I'm not a huge white wine fan. This bottle was given to me several years ago - I read online that you want to drink Semillon young or old, but not in the middle years. So I aged it 4 years. It was ok - like a Pinot Gris - maybe a little butter my flavor from the aging. But not "worth the wait" like a red wine is in my opinion.
