From a farmhouse brewery in Saint-Beaulize in the South Aveyron, made with home-grown barley malted on the farm, water, hops and yeast (only), refermented in the bottle, 5.5% ABV. Lovely pale golden colour, impressive and very creamy white head; aromatic nose, sweet malt, notes of white flowers and fresh spices; creamy and rounded palate, with a gentle freshness, delicate bitters and a nice intensity of flavour for its weight; good length.
