See through dark Crimson; deep nose of roses, dark sour cherry, seamless texture, fresh young and plush though not candied, reminded me of Italy on first whiff; palate shows similar texture but firms up quite a bit on the finish, nice mid, good tensile strength; is it Pommard or Barolo?, went Pommard because the cherry was a little dark and the texture on the front was a little more generous than I get from young Nebbiolo; very nice especially for …
