At Ed and Vikis with J - very very good - strong herbaciousness oaky chocolate cool climate cabernet sauvignon with lots of spicy intensity. Nice aged characters - mature but will go further. Showed better than a month ago.

At Peter and Janets after the festival. Tasted with Coleraine 1988 - deep and tight - fruit is either starting to drop out or the wine is in a hole - I think the latter is correct. Concentrated and dense with lots of oak in evidence.
