Putah Creek Winery Cinsault

Too sweet for me, but complex aromas and flavors, Syrup.

With Chicken Lasagna, much sweeter than I thought. Great flavors, but not sure the sweetness pairs well.

Alone or with white or yellow cheeses, an incredibly flavored wine that stands apart from the usual hot, tannic reds. I have no food or berry words to use--just complex and delicious and very drinkable. A nice nose too.
