I'm not one to order white, but after tasting this at the Winery I bought a few bottles. Lots of layers for a Pinot Grigio. Updating this post after ordering this wine regularly for the last three years. It offers a great peachyness with a nutty complexity. A great summer time wine just for drinking or perfect winter pairing with a baked fish dinner.
